Project Summary 

     This program centered around coordinating efforts to design,  deploy, test, and train resources on new Subscription Billing functionality. The related projects focused on the Oracle Cloud Quote-to-Cash process. Program operations delivered 3 new cloud-based SaaS solutions from two major Business Units with various fulfillment models. Delivering this program transformed the buying experience by providing quotes 35% faster through automating portions of order entry. This solution ensured predictable billing cycles for the customer and a predictable revenue forecast to satisfy the defining objective. 

     Our client required services as the primary Point of Contact during the program for all aspects of the engagement. Important factors to C-level executives sponsoring the program were ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders in the U.S. and Europe as well as ensuring that project completion would meet the goals of the program. Program Management responsibilities included defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap of the multiple projects, mapping and monitoring the interdependencies between Salesforce, Oracle,  and a locally built Access Management portal.
